I am disappointed in Palin. I really thought she’d be able to withstand all the crap that’s been thrown at her. But I do not blame her. Not by a long shot. Sarah Palin has been savaged, SAVAGED by the MSM and the deranged American left. From the day she was announced as a vice-presidential nominee in ‘08, this woman has endured relentless attacks and nastiness on a daily basis. Eight months after the campaign ended, the attacks have continued. Not only directed at her personally but her family. And all this hatred because of political differences and her gender, period. We can’t forget that Sarah Palin, ultimately, is a human being. Most of us wouldn’t have lasted more than a few days in her shoes. And now she is giving up. She’s done, fed up with it.
So, leftists, you won. Not only did you put a man in charge who has no business being President but your perpetual vitriolic campaign against Palin also worked. Cross her off from your black list.

I’m sorry, but I don’t buy this for a second. I’ll bet you six bucks and my right nut that Sarah Palin isn’t “giving up.” Unfortunately, we haven’t seen the end of her, not by a long shot. She will either run for another office or will be a correspondant for FoxNews. So don’t lay this guilt trip that it all this pressure was too much for her. The fact of that matter is that being Governor of Alaska just wasn’t big enough for her anymore. Trust me, all this is about attaining MORE power and attempting to get MORE visibility. You will see.
And go ahead and blame the left for attacking her too vehemently. Blame us for being unfair to her. But I would argue that we were not the ones who in 2004 disgracefully and disgustingly tore down a legitimate hero’s war record for political gain. In my opinion, the vitriolic and baseless attacks against Kerry greatly outweigh the cries of hypocrisy and inexperience that were thrown at Palin. So go ahead and throw a pity party for Sarah Palin. I assure you thats exactly what she wants.
